Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the courier service Venipak. All delivery prices include VAT.
If the total amount of your order is 30.00 EUR incl. VAT or more, delivery is free of charge.
If the total amount of your order is 29.99 EUR incl. VAT or less, the delivery price is:
- Lithuania: Venipak parcel locker 2.99 EUR, Venipak courier 3.99 EUR;
For delivery to the Curonian Spit (Kuršių nerija), an additional charge of 11.00 EUR incl. VAT is added to the delivery price.
When delivered by courier, the products may only be received by the person whose details were stated in the order. An identity document must be presented if requested. Parcels from a parcel locker can be collected using the code sent to the phone number or e-mail address stated in the order.
Collection
You can collect your order free of charge at our pick-up point in Kaunas, Jonavos g. 104 (working days, 9:00–17:00).
Ordered products must be collected within 5 (five) working days of receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
Products may only be collected by the person who placed the order or the person specified when placing the order. A valid identity document (ID card, passport or new-format driving licence) must be presented to the Seller's employee.
Delivery to other countries
Standard delivery is available only within Lithuania and Latvia. Delivery to other countries is possible by prior arrangement with the store administrator via e-mail: [email protected].
